【お仕事内容】
●ベッドメイク（シーツ・枕カバー・掛け布団カバーの交換）
●バスルーム清掃（浴槽洗浄・シャンプー/入浴剤等の補充/陳列・浴室全体の拭き上げ）
●トイレ清掃
●洗面まわり清掃（洗面台の洗浄/拭き上げ・アメニティの補充/陳列・ドライヤー類の動作確認/陳列）
●茶器類入替え・客室アメニティ補充・ゴミ/食器回収
●照明・エアコン・テレビ・空気清浄機・有線放送チャンネル等の初期設定確認
●掃除機かけ
●共用廊下・バックヤードトイレ・ロビーの清掃
●バックヤードでのリネン・タオル類の畳み・アメニティー類の整理
などをお任せします。
最初は先輩と2人で1部屋を一緒にセットアップ。 いろいろと教えてもらいながら数回一緒に清掃に入り、慣れてきたら、1人でも1部屋掃除ができるようになります。
清掃研修完了後は、■内線電話・外線電話の対応もお願いします。

【Job Responsibilities】
● Bed Making (Changing sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers)
● Bathroom Cleaning (Cleaning bathtubs, refilling/displaying shampoo/bath salts, wiping down entire bathroom)
● Toilet cleaning
● Wash area cleaning (sink cleaning/wiping, amenity replenishment/display, hairdryer functionality check/display)
● Tea set replacement, guest room amenity replenishment, trash/dishware collection
● Initial setup verification (lights, AC, TV, air purifier, cable channels, etc.)
● Vacuuming
● Common hallway, back-of-house toilet, lobby cleaning
● Folding linens/towels and organizing amenities in the back area
You will be responsible for these tasks.
Initially, you will set up one room together with a senior staff member. After several cleaning sessions where you learn the ropes, you will be able to clean one room independently.
After completing cleaning training, you will also be responsible for:
● Handling internal and external phone calls
● Room service (serving meals/drinks, providing rental items)
● Handling inquiries (rate confirmation, lost item inquiries, availability checks, etc.)
【Qualifications】
◆ Must be 18 years or older and not currently enrolled in high school
◆ Must be able to greet others properly
◆ Must have a strong desire to work
◆ Must be punctual and reliable
